SHIPPING POLICY

The automatons are totally handmade and require more time to be made. I usually dispatch orders within

2 to 3 weeks. If there is more workload then some more time gets required.

Once the item is ready I ship on the next day. It takes 15 to 20 business days to reach to its destination.

RETURN POLICY

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
